The Video Music Awards (VMAs) last week gave away a lot of awards for deserving artists and made history for the worst performers at the event.
Miley Cyrus left the nation shocked after her twerking dance performance of "We Can't stop" and "Blurred Lines". Did not watch her performance? Click the link below.
Cyrus has dominated social media conversations all last week and the entertainment news is flooded about her performance from raging comments from viewers to parents. Cyrus broke her silence in an exclusive interview to the Network's site, she said she "doesn't pay attention to the negative" and that she and Robin wanted to make history at the show.
She adds that what she did is nothing new."How many times have we seen this play out in pop music?" Cyrus asked. "Madonna's done it, Britney's done it. Every VMA performance. Anyone that performs, that's what you're looking for. You are wanting to make history."
What I feel is that the more we talk about her, the more she thinks she is making history. Apparently, she thinks the same too "You are thinking about it more than I thought about it when I did it,"
