Kim isn’t known for making, strictly speaking, the best relationship decisions out there. But, what she lacks in quality she makes up for in quantity. So, in honor of her prolific dating/marrying history, we’ve decided to put together a timeline of Kim’s relationships. (Please note, this list is not fully comprehensive. For instance, we left out John Mayer because, well, duh. Who hasn’t had a thing with him?)
So, ladies and gay gentlemen, allow me to present, Kim Kardashian’s Boyfriends and Husbands: A Retrospective.
Welly, welly, welly. Here’s something that you don’t hear about everyday. Kim Kardashian was, in fact, married long before the Kris Humphries debacle marriage of 2011. At just 20 years old, KK married record producer, Damon Thomas. They messily divorced four years later amidst allegations that Damon was emotionally and physically abusive.
If you ever turn on your TV on Saturday morning and realize that there is going to be nothing on but Keeping up with the Kardashians, Khloe and Lamar, or Kardashian 1 and Kardashian 2 Take Wherever, you can thank Ray J for that. See, if Brandy’s little brother hadn’t been like “Hey Kim, let’s make a sex tape,” then no one would have any idea who Kim was. So Ray J - thanks for that.
Kim and New Orleans Saint Reggie were on-again, off-again for 3 years until the two finally called it quits (right after he won the Superbowl.) The reason for their split remains nebulous, but rumor has it that Kim was cheating on Reggie with Kanye West.
Another Football player (this time a Dallas Cowboy,) Kim rebounded with Miles Austin for a few months before moving on to what would be her second husband, Kris Humphries.
When Kim met New Jersey Net Kris in 2010 it was basically love at first sight (can you imagine how excited she was that he spells his name with a “K”?) They only dated for a few months before they were engaged, and then married shortly after in August 2011 in what has now become one of the biggest jokes in Hollywood. The wedding cost over $20 million dollars and aired as an f’ing four-part special on E! 72 days later, Kim filed for divorce.
That catches us all up. Kimye is in full force, and if things keep going the way they are, Kanye could be the next Kardashian. I know Kim said the next time she marries, it won't be televised. Personally, if she does get married to Kanye, they need to televise the shit out of that ego orgy-fest, over the top circus that we know that wedding is going to be.
do you Insticators think? Should Kim and and Kanye tie the knot (third time’s a
charm!) Or does Kim need to calm it down a little and explore her
